APPLICATIONS

The Nawat Fes application form is now open at the Google Forms link here and will close on January 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm Casablanca time for residencies from October 2026-July 2027.

Before applying, please be sure to read all information on the Nawat Fes website, including the information at the bottom of the homepage that describes the residency program. Note that there are 5 tabs, including Eligibility, Residencies, Support, Community, and Selection.

Nawat Fes accepts applications once a year. Residencies through July 2026 have already been awarded. Residencies after October 2027 will be scheduled in a future application process. Nawat Fes does not facilitate artist projects or collaborations outside of this application process.

NOTIFICATION

Applicants at the January 7, 2026 deadline will be notified in late April 2026.

APPLICATION FEE

There is an application fee of 250 Moroccan Dirhams (approximately 27 USD at the current exchange rate, plus a 3% card fee). More information and this payment link are available within the application form.

If you would like to request a waiver of this fee, please email us at NawatFes.Applications@acamorocco.org, state that you request a fee waiver, and specify one of the following reasons: 1. Economic hardship (no need to explain); 2. You do not have access to secure online payment methods; 3. Other (please indicate briefly). We will respond to let you know if your fee waiver has been approved. If you have emailed us, it is not necessary for you to receive confirmation before submitting your application.
